The Continuous Education Center at the University of Technology hosted training courses for employees who were appointed in the first phase of the fifteenth batch, as well as followed up on the training of trainees from the second phase. The training was attended by 90 trainees from Baghdad Governorate's municipalities, in accordance with the directives of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia'a Al-Sudani and under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The course lasted for a full week from October 20-23, 2024. This course is considered one of the most effective training courses as it provides a set of professional skills under the title "Organizational Behavior and Institutional Loyalty

The Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan, followed up on the implementation of the course, emphasizing that this course aims to enhance optimal behavior among trainees. She commended the efforts of the university and the staff of the Continuing Education Center, which hosted them for a week and provided all the necessary requirements for the successful implementation of this distinguished project.
