Teaching validity
Requirements for applying to the teaching qualifications course: -
- Payment receipt for participation in the course (obtained from the center’s financial unit after paying the course fees)
- Application form, Form No. (1), one copy.... Click here to download the form (Word file)
- Teaching validity evaluation form, Model No. (2), seven copies. Click here to download the form (Word file)
- Sealed department nomination letter (for employees).
- Graduation document with grades for a bachelor’s degree.
-A university order with the obtained graduate certificate certified by the college.
- Certificate evaluation requirements (for students outside Iraq).
- A power point lecture (12 slides) in one of the Arabic or English languages, loaded on a CD or flash RAM, with the text of the lecture in Word format and on paper, and bring a personal calculator on the day of the test.
- Lesson plan.
- A photographic certificate of participation in a teaching methods course.
- (2) personal photos.
- Civil status ID or unified card.
